We ship globally, with the exception of a few remote regions and parts of Asia where logistics are currently limited. At checkout, you can enter your address to confirm if we deliver to your location.

We offer two distinct shipping methods to balance speed, cost, and our commitment to accessible luxury:

Standard Shipping: A flat fee of $12.95. We partner with premium carriers DHL or FedEx for reliable, tracked delivery. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.

Complimentary Shipping: Free on all orders over $50. Delivered via EMS with a delivery window of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

How long will it take to process my order?

Every Frank Eileen piece is prepared with intention. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, where we carefully inspect, fold, and package your items. Your chosen shipping timeline begins after this processing period.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey to your door.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely confident in your selections. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for a refund. We encourage you to try your new pieces in your own space to feel how our fabrics move with you.
