We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible via photography. However, slight variations may occur due to individual monitor settings. Product descriptions are provided for your information, but Frank Eileen does not warrant they are error-free or exhaustive.
The Essentials collection, due to its intimate nature, along with any items explicitly marked as “final sale,” are considered final sale under our Returns Policy.
3. Orders & Payment Terms
Order Acceptance: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once payment is authorized and we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
Your Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing and shipping information. Incorrect addresses may lead to delivery delays or additional charges.

- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10–15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15–25 business days after dispatch.
Service Area: We ship globally but are unable to serve select remote regions and parts of Asia. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Your Obligations:
- Requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer care team is required.
- You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Final Sale Items: As noted in Section 2, Essentials and items marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) within 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
